Facebook & Instagram ads · Dallas–Fort Worth
We bring local businesses new customers.
Green Goose runs the Facebook and Instagram ads that put your business in front of people nearby who need what you do — and turn them into calls, bookings, and paying customers. That's the whole job.
- Month-to-month — no lock-in
- You keep your ad account and data
- Run by the three owners, not account managers
What we do
One thing, done properly: ads that bring in customers.
We build, run, and manage your Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns — the kind built to get you leads and paying customers, not likes. We write the ads, set the targeting, build the page people land on, and manage the spend day to day.
What we handle
- ✓ Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns, start to finish
- ✓ The ad copy, targeting, and offer
- ✓ A landing page and lead form built to convert the click
- ✓ Tracking set up so you can see what the money did
- ✓ Day-to-day management and a plain-English report
What we don't
- ✕ Posting to your feed or running your social accounts
- ✕ TikTok, YouTube, or a full content team
- ✕ SEO, Google Ads, or a website rebuild
- ✕ Answering your phone or closing your leads
If you want paid ads that bring in work, that's us. If you want somebody to run your whole online presence, that's honestly not what we do — and we'd rather say so now.
The situation
You're good at the work. A steady stream of new customers is the hard part.
Most local businesses live and die on word of mouth. It's great — right up until it goes quiet, and there's no tap to turn it back on.
- Referrals are unpredictable — some weeks the phone rings, some weeks it doesn't.
- You've boosted a post here and there with no idea what it actually did.
- You know Facebook ads work for somebody — just not how to make them work for you.
- The busy season carries you and the slow months are a coin flip.
- An agency once locked you into a contract and handed you an account manager you never met.
- You don't have time to learn Meta's ad platform on top of running the business.
How it works
Three steps, and the first conversation is free.
We learn your business
Who your best customers are, where they are, what they pay you, and what makes people pick you over the shop down the road. We do this before a dollar is spent.
We build the ads and the page
Real ads written for your business, and a landing page and form built to turn a click into a lead. Shot with your own photos and video — not stock images of people who don't work for you.
We run it and tell you the truth
Leads go straight to your phone. You get a plain-English report: what we spent, what came in, what it cost, and what we're changing. If something isn't working, we say so.
Run the numbers
Would ads pay off for you?
Before you talk to anyone, run your own numbers. This uses what a customer is worth to you against the real monthly cost — our $497 fee plus about $600 in ad spend, roughly $1,097 a month — and shows what the ads would need to bring in to be worth it. It's math, not a promise.
This calculator needs JavaScript. Here's the short version: the program costs about $1,097 a month ($497 fee + ~$600 ad spend paid to Meta). Take what one new customer is worth to you and divide $1,097 by it — that's roughly how many new customers a month the ads would need to bring in to cover their own cost. Everything past that is profit. We can't promise a number; this is just the break-even.
Fill in what a customer pays you and we'll show your numbers here.

These are your numbers run through simple math. We can't promise a specific number of leads, customers, or sales — nobody honest can. This only shows what ads would have to do to be worth it.
Pricing
$497 a month to run your ads — no setup fee.
A flat monthly management fee — no setup fee, no percentage of your ad spend, no per-lead billing, no surprises. We recommend starting around $20/day (about $600/month) in your own ad budget, paid straight to Meta on your own card, and we manage the whole thing for a flat $497/month.

Your first 90 days
A fair shot — and no lock-in.
You’re month-to-month from day one — cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice, no lock-in ever. But Facebook ads need time to work, so plan to give it a real run. Here’s what those first 90 days actually look like.
Weeks 1–2 · Learning
Facebook’s system is figuring out who to show your ads to. Costs run higher and bounce around — on purpose. This is the part people panic about; don’t. It’s the ads warming up, not failing.
Weeks 3–8 · Dialing in
We run several angles against each other, cut the losers, and put the budget behind the winner. Your cost per lead drops and steadies as the account learns what works in your market.
Around day 90 · Judge it fairly
Now the numbers are real and you can judge them fairly. Working? Keep going — you always were month-to-month. Not for you? Walk away — the ad account, the pixel, and the creative are all yours to keep.
Judging Facebook ads after three weeks is like judging a diet after three days. Giving it the full ramp gets your campaign through the learning period instead of pulling the plug right before it turns the corner — which is the single most common way these campaigns fail.
Straight answer
We're new, and we're not going to pretend otherwise.
You've probably seen agency sites with a wall of logos and a screenshot of somebody's best week. We don't have that wall yet, and we're not going to fake one. So here's the honest version:
- No case studies to show you. When we have real numbers from real clients, with permission to publish them, they'll go on this page. Until then this section stays honest instead of impressive.
- Nothing to hold you in. Month-to-month, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Leave whenever, and the ad account, the pixel data, and the creative are yours — they're in your Business Manager, not ours. We never touch your ad money; you pay Meta directly.
- You get the owners. The three of us build and run your campaigns ourselves — no account manager relaying messages to somebody you've never met.
- We'd rather tell you no. If your budget can't clear a real test, or you can't take on more customers this month — we'll say that on the call instead of taking the money.
Instead of a fake track record, we're doing this out loud — see what we're learning as we build the agency.
Build in public
We post what we learn as we go.
A new agency asking you to trust it with your ad budget owes you more than promises. So we're keeping an open log — what's working, what isn't, and what running these campaigns actually teaches us. Roughly once a week. No spin.

Why we're starting a public log
We're three people starting an ad agency with zero clients and zero case studies. Most agencies paper over that with stock photos and vague claims. We'd rather show our work instead — so this is entry one.
Fit
Who this is for.
Good fit
- ✓ You run a local business that can take on more customers
- ✓ Someone follows up with new leads in minutes, not days
- ✓ You can fund about $600/month in ad spend on top of our fee
- ✓ You'll give it a real run — a few months, not a few weeks
- ✓ You serve the Dallas–Fort Worth area or nearby
Bad fit
- ✕ You need customers this week with no runway
- ✕ You want leads but can't take on more work right now
- ✕ You want a guaranteed number of leads or sales
- ✕ Leads sit for two days before anyone follows up
- ✕ You're shopping purely for the cheapest option
Questions
The ones we actually get asked.
How is this different from a regular marketing agency?
We do one thing: paid Facebook and Instagram ads that bring in customers. We don't sell you a bundle of services you don't need, and we won't pretend to run your whole online presence. One clear job, one flat fee, and you talk to the people actually running your ads.
How many customers will I get?
We won't give you a number before we've seen your market, your budget, and your close rate — anyone who does is guessing to win the sale. What we will do is walk through the math with your actual numbers so you can see what the spend would have to bring in to be worth it. There's a calculator on this page to start.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Local businesses that get customers from their area — home services, cleaning, pet services, lawn and outdoor work, trades, health and wellness, and plenty more. If people find you locally and you can take on more work, ads can help. If you're not sure whether it fits, ask us on the call and we'll tell you straight.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. You're month-to-month from day one — cancel anytime with 30 days' notice, no lock-in ever. That said, Facebook ads need roughly 90 days to be judged fairly — the first few weeks are the algorithm learning and us testing angles. If you're not prepared to give it a real run, don't start.
What do I need to have ready?
A Facebook page, a Business Manager account (we'll help you set one up if you don't have one), a card for ad spend, and someone who answers leads quickly. We'll also want to shoot or collect some phone photos and video of your actual work — real beats stock every time.
Who owns the ad account and the data?
You do. We work inside your Business Manager as a partner, not in ours, and we never touch your ad money — you pay Meta directly. If we part ways, the account, the pixel history, the audiences, and the creative all stay with you.
Do you work outside Dallas–Fort Worth?
We're based in Dallas–Fort Worth and that's the market we know best. We can run ads for a local business anywhere in the US, but we'll be honest on the call about whether we're the right fit for your area rather than taking on something we can't do well.
Next step
Tell us about your business.
A few questions, about a minute. If it looks like a fit, we'll set up a call and go through the numbers. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that instead — and why.
